Training Offerings

During the basketball skills evaluation, a player receives fast, high-energy feedback on their shooting, dribbling, defense, and overall athletic performance. Coaches run players through quick drills and game-like situations, then point out what they are doing well and what needs improvement. Players also receive notes on their hustle, attitude, communication, and how well they respond to coaching. The evaluation usually ends with clear takeaways and a training plan, so the player knows exactly how to improve and elevate their game.

During private basketball training sessions, a player receives personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to their specific goals and skill level. The coach focuses closely on technique, fine-tuning shooting form, tightening ball-handling, improving footwork, and strengthening defensive habits. Because the session is individualized, the player gets constant feedback, targeted corrections, and customized drills that build on their strengths while addressing their weaknesses. The training is hands-on, high-energy, and designed to help the athlete see immediate improvement and long-term growth in their game.

During the group basketball training sessions (up to 8 players), a player receives skill development in a competitive, team-focused environment. Coach runs players through drills that build fundamentals, dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense, while also emphasizing communication, teamwork, and game-like decision-making. Athletes benefit from learning alongside others, gaining exposure to different playing styles and pushing themselves through friendly competition. Feedback is shared throughout the session, helping each player improve while still keeping the energy high and the training fast-paced.
